1. Overview

Fruitful Labor provides childbirth education services, including self-paced online courses and virtual consultations. These services are for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

• Self-paced digital childbirth education courses

• Virtual consultations via Google Meet

All services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. All pricing is listed in USD. By purchasing any service or product, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4. Refund Policy

• Consultations: All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to request rescheduling. Missed or late-canceled sessions will not be refunded.

• Courses: All digital course sales are final. No refunds are available due to the instant access and downloadable nature of the materials.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Consultation sessions are scheduled through the Appointments tab and are delivered via Google Meet. You are responsible for having the necessary technology to participate.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use this site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access or interfere with secure areas

• Reproduce, share, or distribute course content without written permission

• Harass, defame, or impersonate others

• Upload viruses or malicious code

Violation of these terms may result in denied access to services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, downloads, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Fruitful Labor and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services such as Stripe (for payments), Squarespace (for website hosting), and Google Meet (for consultations). By using our site, you acknowledge that these providers may collect data as outlined in their respective privacy policies.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, experiences, or results from consultations or course participation. Each individual’s needs and birth journey are unique.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
